1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
2. Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2-4 business days
- Overnight Shipping (U.S.): 1-2 business days
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary by country (typically 7-21 business days)
Note: Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs depend on your location and selected shipping speed. Exact rates will be displayed at checkout.
Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders over $X (if applicable).
4. Where We Ship
United States: We ship nationwide, including PO boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO).
International: We ship to select countries. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they leave our warehouse. However, we’re happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

7. Changes & Order Modifications
Need to change your order? Contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order is processed, we cannot modify or cancel it.
